Student Abode  offers a range of Chester student accommodation with 5, 6 and 8 bedroom properties. All of our Chester student lets have fully equipped kitchens , a communal lounge , TV, Lounge , broadband , fully newly fitted bedrooms and 24hr maintenance. These beautiful  Chester student properties have double beds , full fire alarm systems ,fire safety doors throughout  and double glazing throughout.

We thoroughly clean and redecorate our properties for every new tenant to ensure all of our student houses are of the highest possible standard.

Decide on your room

Once you have chosen your room a contract needs completing and signing (by the tenant and guarantor) and then returning to the Sales and Lettings Office for processing.

Holding Fee

We do not take a deposit but we may take a small holding fee to secure your room if you are signing contracts well in advance of your tenancy start date.

First Months Rent

We will notify you before your first rental payment is due, which is normally one week before the start of your contract.

Moving In

When you are ready to move in please contact our lettings team to sign for your keys or if you prefer we can send the keys in the post via recorded delivery.

Tenancy Pack

You will then receive with a copy of your contract and student information pack to help with the smooth running of the tenancy.

Vacating the Property

Upon vacation of the property you are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Although general wear and tear is allowable, any damages must be paid for.
