We have a range of 5, 6 and 8 bedroom student houses so if you are a small or large group we can find the right house for you. All of our houses have communal lounge areas with flat screen TVs so you have somewhere to chill out.

If you like the idea of rolling out of bed and only walking a minute to campus then you’ll love the location of our Chester student lets. The majority of our student houses are situated extremely close to the main Parkgate Road Campus with some also located near to the Kingsway Campus.

Parkgate Road Campus is where you will find the new Students Union with CSU bar/club, learning resource centre, lecture theatres and sports facilities.

What facilities would you like to have in your house?

All of our houses have FREE broadband, flat screen TV, washing machine, communal lounge, fitted bedroom furniture and modern kitchen facilities.

What else should you look for in your Chester Student House?

Chester Local Authority award student houses that meet a set criteria with the Student Stamp Award. A Student Stamp Award provides reassurance that the house is of a good standard with all relevant gas, fire and electrical certificates and also that your landlords also meet the criteria.

All of our properties have be refurbished to the highest standard and have been awarded the Student Stamp Award. All of our student houses are also certified and  have electrical , gas and fire inspections annually.
